Features: Both the first and second generations of \u014cmi no Kami H\u014dj\u014dji Tachibana Masahiro inscribed their signatures in a nearly identical manner.
\nHe was one of the leading swordsmiths of the H\u014dj\u014dji school in Edo, and his style closely resembles that of Nagasone Kotetsu.
\nBoth the first and second generations were known for their exceptional cutting ability.<\/p>\n

\nFuchi (Hilt Collar):Made of shakud\u014d (blackened copper alloy), engraved with a chrysanthemum design and decorated with gold inlay.

Aoi Art\u2019s Comment:The first and second generations likely worked together, as their works are nearly indistinguishable.
\nThe signature style from the Kanbun era of the first generation is so similar to that of the second that it is difficult to differentiate between them.This is a highly recommended piece.<\/p>\n
