Jidai(era): Edo period

Special feature: Shakudo Nanako plate. Aoi-Mon(Tokugawa family crest) is engraved with gold color.
This item was present from Tokugawa family’s 1st head, Tokugawa Ieyasu to the Sekiyado clan head’s secretary, Makino Higo Kami Narusada around 1960. The items was used for his family treasure Katana, Bizen Osafune Kanemitsu and kept for a long time.
But in December 1696, his family quit the Sekiyado clan so he return the item to the Tokugawa family and it was kept by Tokugawa 5th head, Tokugawa Tsunayoshi.
