This sword belongs to Jyo-Jyo saku ranking.

The blade was polished by good polisher.
Habaki :Sold gold double habaki.
Blade length : 70.0cm or 27.5 inches.
Sori :0.8cm or 0.31 inches.
Mekugi: 1
Width at the hamachi: 3.13cm or1.23 inches.
Width at the Kissaki: 1.9 cm or 0.74inches.
Kasane : 0.66cm or 0.25 inches.
Era: Edo period Kanbun era.
Shape: The blade is rather wide and thick with small sori and regular Kissaki which is called Kanbun shape.
Jigane: Koitame hada well grained with jinie attach and chikei work.
Hamon: Nie Deki gunome Midare and in Ha, there are some sunagashi appear.
Bo-shi is round shape andYakisage style. On the Mune, ther are some Yaki from the mune machi to kissaki.
Special feature:This sword is typical Kanbun shape style wide and thick bright and clear hamon.

Koshirae :
Saya :Kawari nurri saya.
Tsuba: On the mokko style iron tsuba, some design is engraved snd inlayed.
Menuki: On the Shakudo plate, some flower is engraved with gold color.
Fuchikashira:On the iron plate, some design is engraved with silver and copper plate.

From Aoi Art: Morikuni is not so famous sword but the blade itself is high ranking sword. Jigane is beautiful and also bright and clear Hamon is also remarkable. The Nakaggo shaape and Murumune Hamune is good shape. Probably the blade might be connected with Senjyuin Morikuni. The blade is good condition and also nice koshirae.
