This sword belongs to Jyo-Jyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.（jyojyo polishing)
Habaki :　gold foiled single habaki.
Blade length :　76.7　cm or 30.19 inches.
Sori : 2.21cm or 0.87 inches.

Shape: The blade is very long 76.7cm and wide 3.48cm
with deep sori and long Kissaki gorgeous sword.
Jigane: Koitame had well grained with jinie attacj blackish jigane
which remind us Motohira.
Hamon: Niedeki gunome midair and choji midare hamon and in Hamon, there are many sunagashi long Kinsuji scatter.
Boshi is midarekomi and turns back sharply.

Special feature: Tanigawa Moriyoshi, born Tanigawa Matsuyoshi at Yatsushiro in Kumamoto pref. in 1920 learned under Kongobyoe Moritaka Yasuhiro and Enju Taro Nobushige. Moriyoshi forged sword
at Yatsushiro in Kumamoto pref. He won a reputation reviving the hamon of Kiyomaro and designated as a Mukansa-tosho in 1985. He forged this katana in his last years. His willingness and ability
to forge sword did not drop off even in his old age. The whole workmanship shows his unabated vigor. He passed away in 1990, aged 70.

From Aoi Art: The most well known style of the Tanigawa Moriyoshi is shinshinto Kiyomaro utsushi. He adored Kiyomaro and imitated and almost succeeded kiyomaro utsushi which is very active sunagashi and kinsuji work like this sword. The sword is engraved bo-hi on both sides of the blade. Jigane is like Motohira and perfect condition without Kizu and also flow. Polishing is done by high ranking polisher and draw the best out of Jigane and Hamon. We recommend this high ranking gorgeous sword for you. Sirasaya was made by Torahu saya(tiger pattern saya).
