Explanation: Tesshinsai Kunihiro made this sword for the first Lieutenant (navy) Mr. Tahara Masayuki in February 1972.

(We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijyo saku, Jyojyo saku Jyo saku and regular saku)
This sword belongs to Jyo Jyo saku Jyo Saku Regular saku J ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki :　Gold coolor copper single habaki.
Blade length :　70.8　cm or 27.87 inches.
Sori :　2.4　cm or 0.94 inches.
Mekugi : 　1
Width at the hamachi : 3.33　cm or 1.31 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.5 cm or 0.98 inches.
Kasane : 0.68　cm or 0.26 inches.
The weight of the sword 795 grams.
Era : Showa 47th(1972)
Shape : Wide and thick Katana with deep Sori, longer Kissaki.
The blade is gorgeous.
Jigane : Ko Itame Hada well graiend with Jinie attached.
The Jigane is beautiful.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Gunome Midare and O-Gunome Midare.
In the Ha, there are Sunagashi and Kinsuji appear.

Special feature: Tesshinsai Kunihiro is a swordsmith of Aomori prefecture, whose real name is Nakahata Mitsugu.
He lives in Tsugaru and successfully makes the Soshuden.
He got the Nyusen prize.
