The blade was polished.
Habaki : Copper single habaki.
Blade length : 71.0 cm or 27.9 inches.
Sori : 2.4cm or 0.94 inches.

Width at the hamachi : 3.13cm or 1.23 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.38cm or 0.93 inches.
Kasane : 0.74cm or 0.29 inches.
The weight of the sword 895 grams.
Era : Muromachi peirod Genki era
Shape : The sword has 4cm of Suriage, Machiokuri. The Nakago was scratched so one
part of Uramei was erased.
Jigane :Ko-Mokume-Hada and Ko-Itame-Hada mixed. Jinie attached and pale Utsuri is
visible.
Hamon : Niedeki Suguha with deep Nioikuchi, upper part is Hitatsura style. It is rare to
see Sukesada sword with multi Hamon.
Special feature: At End of Muromachi period Sukesada made a lot of sword.
His signature is depends on the quality of the blade. He
engraved his Zokumyo, Yoso Zaemon for his highest
ranking sword. The lower quality is engraved Bizen Koku Ju
Osafune Sukesada, then Bishu Osafune Sukesada, then
only Sukesada. This sword was judged as middle class by
himself, but it is very large and heavy, Jigane is good and
Hamon is beautiful.

Koshirae:
Tsuba: Mokko shape Tsuba, Ume tree is engraved with gold color.
Menuki: Shakudo, person is engraved with gold color.
Fuchikashira: Shakudo, person and landscape are engraved with gold color.
Signature: Goshu Hikone Ju Mogarashi Soten sei.
Saya: Aogai Chirashi Saya.
