Hamon: Niedeki Suguha with Koashi, Boshi turns back in a small circle with the sharp tip.

Special feature: Oumi Kami Minamoto Hisamichi, whose real name is
Horitaroubei, was born in Eshu Yashu Province in Kanei 3 and later
became a pupil of Iga Kami Kinmichi. After that he received the
surname Mishina, and approved to call himself as Hisamichi, and
succeeded to Oumi Kami in Kambun 2. He was approved to engrave
Kiku Mon(Chrysanthemum Crest) on the stem, died in Shotoku 1 at
the age of 85. He was chosen to one of the best 5 sword smiths of
Kyoto.

Tsuba: Round-shaped iron Tsuba, lotus leaf is engraved with openwork. Mei:Echizen Kinai
Fuchikashira: Shakudo-Nanako plate, flower patterns are engraved with gold color.
Saya: Kuro-roiro Saya.
Menuki: Shakudo plate, engraving with gold color.

From Aoi Art: Oumi Kami Minamoto Hisamichi flourished as one of the best 5 sword smiths in Kyoto. This work is a really rare Suguha-deki. The blade is broad, thick and in healthy condition. Utsuri appears in Jigane, apparently a dignified elegant Suguha reminding of Tegai school Hamon. Koshirae is also well-made, which we can truly recommend for you.
