Special feature: Suaka-Ishimeji plate, pampas grass offered for the full moon is engraved with Suemon inlay painting. Full moon and signature are engraved on the backside.
Tsuchiya Masachika is the first son of Kunichika, worked as an employed metalsmith at Akita Domain, and was later given the Buddhism rank “Hogen” which is the second-highest. He succeeded to the name Yasuchika after the death of his father Kunichika, so he was also called as “6 Sei Yasuchika”(Yasuchika the 6th).
