Sori : 1.1cm or 0.43 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 2.89cm or 1.13 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.00cm or 0.78 inches.
Kasane : 0.53cm or 0.20 inches.
Era : Edo period. Kan-Ei era.
Shape : Shinogi-Zukuri style Wakizashi.
Jitetsu : Itame-Hada well grained. Hadame is visible clearly.
There are some rusts on the Mune.
Hamon: Nideki Togari Gunome-Midare. Sunagashi and Kinsuji worked.

Special feature : Echizen Kami Fujiwara Kunitsugu(1st generation) is sword smith worked around Edo period Kanei era. He is worked at Yamashiro school and he is student of Dewa Daijo Kunimichi. He helped his master most of whole life so swords with his Mei is rare.

Tsuba : Iron Tsuba. flower is engraved with openwork.
Fuchikashira : Shakudo plate, wave is engraved.
Saya : Black Roiro Saya.
Menuki : Kiri-mon(Family crest) is engraved.
