The blade was polished.
Habaki: copper single habaki.
Blade length: 53.9 cm or 21.22 inches.
Sori :1.2cm or 0.47 inches.

Width at the hamachi: 2.9cm or 1.14inches.
Width at the Kissaki: 1.98 cm or0.78 inches.
Kasane : 0.615 cm or 0.242 inches.
The weight of the sword 510 grams.
Era : Edo period l.ater generation
Shape: O-suriage Mumei, the blade is wide and thick longer kissaki.
Jigane: Koitame hada well grained with Masame hada mixed.
Hamon: Nie Deki gunome midare and Notare Hamon and also on the Shinogi Ji, hamon　appear.
Bo-shi is round shape and small round yakisage style.

Special feature:Kaifu is currently a group of swordsmiths in Kaifu Town,
Tokushima Prefecture, and Kaifu sword makes can be seen from the
Late Nanbokucyo period in order to defend against Tosa Province at
the southern tip of Awa Province. There is a theory that its founder is
Morohisa, Ujiyoshi, etc.
