This sword belongs to Saijo saku ranking.
The blade was polished　by high ranking polisher.
Habaki:Gold foiled single habaki.
Blade length:70.0 cm or 27.55 inches.
Sori:1.82cm or 0.71 inches.
Mekugi:2
Width at the hamachi:3.35 cm or 1.31 inches.
Width at the Kissaki:2.48 cm or 0.97 inches.
Kasane:0.63cm or 0.24 inches.
The weight of the sword:835 grams.
Era:Kamakura period around Kareki era.
Shape:Osuriage Mumei, wide hamachi (3.35cm) and thick Kasane (0.63cm)
With deep Sori, longer Kissaki.
There are Bo-Hi and Soe-Hi on both side of the blade.
Jigane:Ko Itame Hada and Ko Mokume Hada mixed with Jinie attach.
There are Utsuri, Dan-Utsuri, and Utsuri appears as if pressed by a finger.
Hamon:Nioi Deki, tight Suguha Hamon with Notare.
There are many Ashi and Yo.

Special feature:The beginning of Bicchu Aoe was Yasutsugu in Heian period Syoan era, and had produced many great swordsmiths until late Nanbokucho period.
Aoe before mid Kamakura period is called Ko Aoe.
The works differ greatly between the early and late periods of the Nanbokucho period.
Early works, like this one, are very worth seeing.
