無銘 (越前兼法)

This sword belongs to Jyo Jyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki: Gold foiled double habaki.
Blade length: 63.4 cm or 24.96 inches.
Sori : 1.4 cm or 0.55 inches.
Mekugi:  2
Width at the hamachi: 2.99 cm or 1.17 inches.
Width at the Kissaki: 1.9 cm or 0.74 inches.
Kasane : 0.63 cm or 0.24 inches.
The weight of the sword: 675 grams.
Era: Middle Muromachi period.
Shape: Regular width and thickness Katana with large Sori, longer Kissaki.
Jigane: Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach.

Hamon : Nie Deki, Gunome Midare with many Ashi. The Hamon is bright.
Boshi is Notare and round shape.

Special feature: Kanenori was a swordsmith of Mino province.
The schoole started from the middle Muromachi period to the Edo period. This blade reminds of Kanenobu.
The Jigane has blackish long Chikei.

Saya : Red and black color Saya.
Kojiri: Shakudo Nanako, Kiku flower is engraved with gold color.
Tsuba: Round shape thin Tsuba.
Menuki: Kiri Mon is engraved with gold color.
Fuchikashira: Shakudo Nanako, Kiku flower is engraved with gold color.
