This sword belongs to you Jyo Saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki: Gold foiled single habaki.
Blade length: 51.9  cm or 20.4 inches.
Sori : 1,2cm or 0.47 inches.
Mekugi :  2
Width at the hamachi : 2,84 cm or 1.11 inches.
Width at the Kissaki: 2,0 cm or 0.78 inches.
Kasane : 0,71cm or 0.27inches.
The weight of the sword 500 grams.
Era : Middle of the Muromachi period
Shape : O-Suriage Mumei, wide and thick sword. Sori is regular and Kissaki is longer. Bohi are engraved on both side.
Jigane : Ko-itame-Hada well grained, Jinie attached beautiful Jigane. Shirake-Utsuri is visible.
Hamon : Ko-Nie-Deki Suguha. Clear and bright Hamon, Boshi is large round shape, Hakikake style.

Special feature: Sue-Tegai is Tegai school who worked around late of the Muromachi period. Tegai school’s founder is Kanenaga and he was worked at Todaiji of Nara prefecture, studied at Taima school.

Koshirae :
Tsuba: Iron Tsuba, Karigane pattern is engraved with openwork.
Fuchikashira: Shakudo Ishime plate. Bamboo and tiger are engraved with gold color.
Saya: Wooden Saya with carvings and gold inlay.
Menuki: Dragon is engraved with gold color.

From Aoi Art: The sword was judged as Sue-Tegai but in our opinion, the sword is more older a little bit. Jigane is beautiful and
Hamon is clear and bright, also Boshi is Hakikake style. At least, I think the sword is older than early Muromachi period. The Koshirae is also a gorgeous one and matched with the Katana. We strongly recommend this high-quality sword.
