Special feature:Tatemaru shaped polished iron Tsuba, Karigane(wild goose) is engraved with Jitoshi-bori(openwork with a positive design). The rim is round.
Kino Munetsuji was a Tsuba smith at Tosa, good at iron Tsuba, made a lot of Musashino Tsuba which Akasaka family invented.
Iron was well trained and colored really nice. The texture is very smooth; elaborately made. We can definitely recommend this Tsuba for you.
