This sword belongs to Jyo Jyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki : Gold foiled double habaki.
Blade length : 53.9 cm or 21.22 inches.
Sori :1.2cm or 0.472 inches.
Mekugi : 1he hamachi :3.2 cm or 1.26 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.36cm or 0.93 inches.
Kasane : 0.78cm or 0.3 inches.
The weight of the sword 620 grams.
Era : Edo period Kanbun era.
Shape : The blade is wide and thick with small sori and longer kissaki healthy blade.
Jigane :Koitame hada well grained with jinie attach and utsuri appear.
Hamon :Konie deki, Choji midare and Juka cyoji midare with Ko-Ashi and Yo work Bo-shi is midarekomi yakizume style.

Special feature: Mitsuhira was swordsmith of Edo Sekido shool.
He was little brother of Sekido Tsuneie.
He was allowed to engraved “Dewa no kami” and “Dewa Nyudo” in his signature.
He made many blades to aim to Ichimonji.
And he was famous for gorgeous Choji as well as Korekazu.
This blade reminds us Fukuoka Ichimonji.

I found and purchased Wakizashi in the United States 40 years ago,
which is exactly the same as the rare sword described. Originally it
was big and small, one set, so I sometimes remember it.
In this work, Cyoji Midare gained momentum even more violently from
the vicinity of Monouchi. It will be the finest ripples.
We recommend this masterpiece by all means.
