Goto Etsujo was the second son of Teijyo and was born in Kyoto
1642. He succeeded 3rd generation and was named Rihei.
He received 150 Koku(1 Koku = money to buy 60kg of rice. So 150 Koku is about 9 million JPY in modern) from the Maeda family Daimyo and stayed at Kanazawa province every 2 years.
He helped Maeda’s finances, make fittings, and educated many students.
Later on, he moved to Edo and made many items for the Tokugawa family.
He passed away 1708 Feb, 26 at age 67 years.
