This sword belongs to Jyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki : silver single Habaki.
Blade length : 27.8 cm or 10.94 inches.
Sori : 0.2 cm or 0.07 inches.
Mekugi :  2
Width at the hamachi : 2.67 cm or 1.05 inches.
Kasane : 0.58 cm or 0.22 inches.
Era : Late Muromachi period.
Shape : Regular size Tanto. There are double-Hi and wide Hi on the blade.
Jigane : Ko-Itame hada and Mokume Hada grained.
The Jigane is beautiful.
Hamon : Nie Deki, round shape Gunome Midare.
It is typical Sue Seki Hamon. In Ha, there ere many Sunagashi.
Boshi is round shape.

Special feature: Genellary speaking, Sue Seki Tanto has rough texture.
But this blade is healthy. Mino blade is cut well and there were many Tanto.
After war, there was little demand for the sword. Mino sword smiths moved to other place.

Koshirae :
Saya : Dark brown Saya with some pattern.
Tsuba : Hamidashi iron Tsuba.
No Menuki
Fuchikashira: Copper, Shitake Mushroom
and egg plants are engraved with Shakudo color.
Kozuka: Copper, Japanese fairy tale”Shitakiri Suzume” is engraved.
Wari Kogai: silver plate.

From Aoi Art: This Kaneiwa’s Jigane is healthy.
It reminds of Sue-Sekim Kanenori.
Koshirae is also nice.
