This sword belongs to Jyo Jyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki: Gold foiled double habaki.
Blade length: 50.7cm or 19.96 inches.
Sori :0.6 cm or 0.236 inches.
Mekugi: 2
Width at the hamachi: 2.79cm or 1.098 inches.
Width at the Kissaki: 2.67cm or 1.05 inches.
Kasane : 053cm or 0.21 inches.
The weight of the sword 390 grams.
Era: Nanboku Ryo period. 1362.
Shape: Original the blade was Nagataki and remind us Nanbokucyo era’s age. Kawane is rather thin, The hi of the Nagataki is engraved inside of the nakago.
Jigane: Itamme hada well grained and Masame hada mixed with jinie attach and can see the texture well.
Hamon: Nie Deki Kogunome midare with deep nioikuchi and in Hamon, Sunagashi, kinsuji work Bo-shi is also same pattern and Tobiyaki on the Shiogo ji.

Special feature: Kaneuji, one of the Masamune 10 Tetsu, came to Mino Kuni Shizu and
prospered, but Kanetomo, Kaneuji, Kaneshige, Kanenobu and others moved to Naoe in
the country and made swords. It is collectively called Naoe Shizu
from Aoi Bijyutsu:This Wakizashi is an excellent item that was identified as Naoe Shizu
because the work that was originally Nagamaki was changed to Oosuriage Mumei (cut
shortened). Sunagashi and Kinsuji are working in the hamon blade of Nioikuchi’s deep
gunome midare, which is a little small, and Bo-shi is softly working and sunagashi Kinsuji
is working also. The characteristics of the Naoe shizu line are well shown in the Bo-shi.
