Special feature: Suishinshi Masahide first-generation Forged this katana. It is an accepted theory that he was the founder of Shinshin to. Masahide was born in the country of Dewa and is now Yamagata Prefecture. 1750. It is said that he studied at Kunikane in Sendai and a swordsmithes who forges farm tools when he was young. Masahide went to Edo and studied the introduction of a 22-year-old samurai under Shitahara’s swordsmith Miyakawa Yoshiteru. Masahide is also said to have educated many disciples because he was an educated person for training many excellent students, and is especially famous for teaching famous swordsmiths of Naotamne and Hosokawa Masayoshi.
