This sword belongs to Jyo Jyo Saku ranking.

Shape: The blade is regular width, thickness, and engraved
iBo-hi and Sohei on both sides of the blade.
Jigane: Koitam e hada and Komokume hada well grained with jinie attach
chikei work and Utsuro appear and also Bo-Utsuri.
Bo-shi is round shape Hakikake style.
Hamon :Nie deki suguha based with small ashi work and also sunagashi,
long kinsuji work. Bo-shi is round shape hakikake style.

Special feature: Bisyu Osafune Morimitsu has a first-generation and a
second-generation, and this work corresponds to the first
generation. He was a son of the Moromitsu and named Syuri no suke
Morimitsu and Yasumitsu produced many masterpieces by the Bizen
sword maker during the Oei era. In particular, it is thought that the
outstanding Jigane is different from other works.
Another feature is making that there are relatively few swords and
many Sunnobi Tanto.
As I get used to it, I hear that some swordsmiths are studying how to
make such wonderful bullion that can be judged as Ouei Bizen just
by looking at the Jigane.

Koshirae: Issaku Koshirae.(All matching fittings ) Aikichi style Koshirae
Saya: On the red color Saya, autumn leaved are painted by Kagei.
Fuchikkashira, Kojiri, Kurikata and other fittings are engraved ocean’s waveband shells by gold color.
Menuki: round-shaped gold plate, a family crest is engraved.
Kozuka: On the silver plate?, engraved waves and water shells are engraved
with gold color

From Aoi Art: Morimitsu and Yasumitsu are the two most well-known swordsmiths of Ouei Bizen.
In general, Morimitsu is good at Midareba and Yasumitsu is good at Suguha. This work is a rare masterpiece of Morimitsu’s Suguha, and Jigane’s splendor and Utsuri both Midare Utsuri and Bo-Utsuri appear clearly. It’s a wonderful
work with no flaws, with long Kinsuji and Ashi in Suguha.
Koshirae (mounting) They are doing a great job with the waves and
shells. We definitely recommend this wonderful work.
all matching Koshirae is very rear. I strongly recommend this Tanto with fantastic Koshirae.
