This sword belongs to Jyo Jyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished by high ranking polisher.

Width at the hamachi : 3.17cm or 1,248 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.11 cm or 0.83 inches.

Era : Muromachi period around Eisho era.
Shape : Suriage Machiokuri Katana, Width slightly wider and thick with rather deep Sori, longer Kissaki.
Jigane : Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach.
Hamon : Nie Deki Suguha Hamon with Ko-Ashi and thick Nioikuchi. The Hamon is bright.
Boshi is round shape.

Special feature: There is a well-known Izumi Kami Kanesada.
In the Mino province, they are the leading swordsmith along with Kanemoto. In the Nakago, there are Shumei (Red color signature) Kanesada. It was written by Mr. Honami Koson.
Unfortunately, it is hard to read the red signature.
This blade already passed NBTHK Hozon as Kanesada.

Tsuba: Iron Tsuna, the dragon is engraved with silver cloth inlay.
Menuki: Mino-Kasa is engraved with gold color.
Fuchikashira: Shakudo spider web is engraved with gold color.

From Aoi Art: In my opinion, I suppose that is as Izumi Kami Kanesada the 2nd. But it can also be considered as Kanesada the 3rd. Unfortunately, the signature is not clear.
