Shape: Mitsu Munetsugu style and rather wide and thick healthy blade,
Jigane: Komokume Picked well on the skin, Jinie is clogged, and the Jigane is well grained and a pale Shirake Utsuri appears, making it a fine Jigane.
Hamon: Konie Deki Suguha rather tightly bright and clear and Boshi is round style.

Special feature: Mitumune style Mune, Hamon is Suguha Hamon bright and clear blade .The suken is carved on the front side and on the back side engraved Goma hashi. Jigane is very beautiful fine texture with shirake Utsuri appear. Hamon is suguha hamon bright and clear and also bo-shi is round shape very clear and nice shape. It will be a blade crest. Higo Enjyu school started with Kunimura, Taro who is said to be the grandson of Yamashiro Rai Kuniyuki. Kuniyoshi, Kunitoki, Kuniyasu, Kunitomo, KuninobuKunitsuna, and so on Many good workers’ workshop at the Late Kamakura period to early Nanbokucyo period. Each style has no distinctive personality and is generally similar to the style of Rai school, but Sirake Utsuri stands with a forged Nagare masa, and nioikuchi has a somewhat gentler work in the Shizumi Gokoro blade. From Aoi Art: This Tanto is beautifully well-grained with fine texture, and In general, Enjyu school made a small amount of Tanto. this Tanto is carved Suken on the front side and the backside, Gomahashi is also beautifully carved and the shape is well nice feature. The blade’s Jigane is a wonderful work that Hamon is a bright and clear straight blade.
This is a work I would definitely recommend. Habaki seems to be 15 grams of solid gold.
The sword Koshirae(mounting) s a wonderful Tanto Koshirae which depicts the waves of the sea as a motif.
By all means, please purchase this wonderful work of Enju and a Tanto Koshirae that matches well.
