The blade was polished.

Habaki : Gold foiled single habaki.
Blade length :23.2  cm or 9.13 inches.

Width at the hamachi : 2.35 cm or 0.92 inches.
Kasane : 0.5 cm or 0.19 inches.
The weight of the sword 155 grams.

Era : Showa era
Shape : Regular width and thickness Tanto with Ububa .
Jigane : Ko-Itame-Hada well grained. Jinie attached and Utsuri is visible.
Hamon : Niedeki-Suguha with Ashi.

From Aoi Art: Yasuoki produced the Yasukuni swords during the war. He copied many Bizen-den and Aoe-style and the technique is very good. This work may be a reflection of Yoshimitsu Awataguch. Yasukuni sword, which produced a military sword in the swordsmiths of Yasukuni made more than 8,000 swords in 12 years. This work is a well-made work of Yasuoki. He does not usually make Tanto so this is rare.
