(We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijyo saku, Jyo-jyo saku Jyo saku and regular saku)
This sword belongs to Jyo-jyo Saku ranking.
The blade was polished.

Habaki : Silver single habaki.
Blade length :  66,8cm or 26.2 inches.
Sori :1,8 cm or 0.7 inches.
Mekugi :  1he hamachi :2,9 cm or 1.14 inches.
Width at the Kissaki: 2,15 cm or 0.84 inches.
Kasane : 0.8cm or 0.31 inches.
The weight of the sword 735 grams.

Era: Showa 13th (1938)
Shape: Regular width but thick sword. Sori is deep and Kissaki is longer.
Jigane: Ko-Itame-Hada well grained. Muji style beautiful Jigane
Hamon: Nie-Deki Suguha based Gunome-Midare with deep Nioikuchi like Rai school swords.

special feature: Yasunori was born in 1909 in Hiroshima province with the name Kotani Kenzo. He became a student of Kaziyama Yasutoku and start forging a sword in 1933, and became an official Yasukuni swordsmith with the name Yasunori in 1935. He also make dedication swords for many shrines, and people say that he was made about 1600 swords in his life. We think this sword is a copy of Rai Kunitoshi or Kuniyuki.

Koshirae: Japanese Navi Koshirae
