This sword belongs to Jyo-jyo ranking.
The blade was polished.

Sayagaki: Bichu Koku Aoe Chigatsugu Hiroyasu no Koro Hon Ami Mitsuhiro
Explanation: This sword is made by Bichu Koku Aoe Chikatsugu, around the Hiroyasu era. Wrote by Honami Mitsuhiro.

Habaki: Copper single Habaki.
Blade length: 64.24 cm or 25.29 inches.
Sori : 0.6cm or 0.23 inches.
Mekugi:  2
Width at the hamachi: 2.9cm or 1.14 inches.
Width at the Kissaki: 2.12cm or 0.83 inches.
Kasane : 0.57cm or 0.22 inches.
The weight of the sword 610 grams.
Era: Early Muromachi period 1394
Shape: O-Suriage-Mumei sword with regular width and thickness. Shallow Sori and longer sharp Kissaki. Bo-hi is engraved on both side.
Jigane: Ko-Itame-Hada well grained. Jinie attached and Utsuri appear
Hamon: Niedeki Suguha based Gunome-Midare. Ashi worked well. Boshi is round in shape

Special feature: There are many opinions but Kozori school’s founder is
Kamihisa and Shigeyoshi of the Nanbokucho period and the
the school continues until the Muromachi period Ou-Ei era.

From Aoi Art: There are also Morimitsu and Yasumitsu and other swordsmiths are from Kozori school and they made sword with unique Jigane and Hamon. This Kozori sword is shallow Sori and longer Kissaki with Bohi on both sides. Jigane is clear and
Utsuri appeared. We recommend this sword without any critical flaws.
