This sword belongs to Jyo-jyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.

Blade length: 71.2 cm or 28.03inches.
Sori:1.06 cm or 0.42 inches.
Mekugi:  1
Width at the hamachi: 3.22 cm or 1.26inches.
Width at the Kissaki: 2.27cm or 2.27inches.
Kasane : 0.74cm or 0.29 inches.
The weight of the sword 775 grams.
Era : Edo period Kanbun era.
Shape: Wide and Thick blade. Shallow Sori and longer Kissaki
Jigane: Ko-itame-hada well grained, Jinie attached beautiful Jigane.
Hamon : Niedeki, deep Nioikuchi Suguha from Hamachi, then Depp Nioikuchi Gunome-midare. Touranba style with Ashi. Boshi is round shape.

Special feature: Echigo (No) Kami Kanesada the Second forged this katana. It is said that he was born in Mino or Kochi province. He learned under Kanesada the First at Osaka and later became a son-in-law. The Second was superior to the First and ranked at O-waza-mono.
Excellent workmanship was on the same level as Tsuda
Sukehiro and Inoue Shinkai.
