The blade was polished.
Habaki : silver single habaki.
Blade length : 75.2 cm or 29.6 inches.
Sori : 1.8cm or 0.7 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.0 cm or 1.18 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.35cm or 0.92 inches.
Kasane : 0.75cm or 0.29 inches.
The weight of the sword 860 grams.
Era : End of Edo period
Shape : Wide, thick and long sword with deep Sori and longer Kissaki.
Jigane : Ko-itame-hada well grained. Jinie attached and Hadame apper clearly.
Hamon : Nideki Gunome Midare gorgeous Hamon.

Special feature: This is Mumei sword which attributed as Jumyo, made around end of Edo period. Jumyo was famous because
people said it will make life extend. So it usually uses as a gift
sword for Daimyo and Samurai.
The sword is long but also thick and wide, very well
balanced so it wont make you fill it heavy so we can
recommend this sword for appreciation and also Iai-do.
