(We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijyo saku, Jyojyo saku Jyo saku and regular
saku)
This sword belongs to Jyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished by the high ranking polisher.

Habaki: Gold foiled double Habaki
Blade length: 72.9cm or 28.7inches.
Sori : 2.1cm or 0.82inches.
Mekugi: 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.08cm or 1.21inches.
Width at the Kissaki: 2.49cm or 0.98inches.
Kasane : 0.665cm or 0.26inches.

Era :End of Edo period
Shape: Wide and thick sword with deep Sori and longer Kissaki, good shape sword.
Jigane: Itame-Hada and Masame-Hada mixed. Thin Chikei appear, beautiful blackish Jigane
Hamon : Niedeki, Gunome-midare with Ko-Ashi. Thin Sunagashi and Kinsuji worked. Boshi is Midare round shape

Special feature: Sukeyoshi is Yokoyama swordsmith. Some people say he also lived in Higo Fukuyama and was a master of Sakurai Masatsugu, a student of Sukenaga and study with Sukekane, but we think Jigane and Kissaki are different from them.
Sukekane is Muji style with round shape Boshi but Sukeyoshi’s Jigane is blackish and Boshi is Midarekomi style

Koshirae :
Tsuba: Mokko style Shakudo Nanako plate Tsuba. A flower, beefalo and people are engraved with gold color.
Fuchi-Kashira: Copperplate, hermit and person, baby and horse are engraved with gold color. Mei: Jyo-i
Saya: Black Saya with shellfish powder.
Menuki: Dragon is engraved with gold color.
Kojiri: The leaf pattern is engraved with gold color.
