Special feature: Tegai is start from Kamakura period, one of 5 Yamato schools (Ho-sho,
Toma, Tegai, Shikkake, Senjuin) and they made swords for their monks soldiers. Dr.
Kanzan write Sayagaki and says this is Tegai but NBTHK says this is Sue-Tegai. In our
opinion, Jigane is well-grained and Koitame-hada with Masame and Suguha so this
sword is made around the Nanbokucho period. But NBTHK says this is Tegai around
Muromachi period. Anyway, The Jigane is of good quality and clear and elegant.
