This sword belongs to Jyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki : Silver single habaki.
Blade length : 54.1cm or 21.29 inches.
Sori :1.2cm or 0.47 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 2.345cm or 0.92 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.91 cm or 0.75 inches.
Kasane : 0.65cm or 0.25 inches.
The weight of the sword 485 grams.
Era : Early Edo period.
Shape : Regular width and thickness Wakizashi with large Sori, longer Kissaki.
Jigane : Ko Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach.
The Jigane is beautiful.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Gunome Midare and Togari Gunome Midare mixed.
Boshi is not clear, large Hakikake style.

Special feature: This blade has a signature as Sanemori Zo.
But unfortunately,we think this is Gimei(fake).
From the work, the blade was made around the early Edo period and Bungo province. The Jigane is nice. The Hamon is a series of Gunome Midare.

From Aoi Art: This blade has large Sori. It fits in the cane.
This cane was recently restored by wrapping a cloth around an old cane. The metal is brass.It is a work of a rare swordstick.
