This sword belongs to Jyojyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki: Gold foiled double habaki.
Blade length: 50.5 cm or 19.88 inches.
Sori : 1.4 cm or 0.55 inches.
Mekugi: 2
Width at the hamachi: 2.82 cm or 1.11 inches.
Width at the Kissaki: 1.99 cm or 0.78 inches.
Kasane : 0.72 cm or 0.28 inches.
The weight of the sword: 470 grams.
Era: Muromachi period around Bunmei 9th(1478).
Shape: Rather wide and thick Wakizashi.
There are Bo-Hi and Soe-Hi on both sides of the blade.
Sori is large, longer Kissaki.
Jigane: Ko Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach. The Jigane is clear.
Hamon: Ko Niedeki, moisturizing Suguha Hamon with small soft Ashi.
Boshi is round Yakizume style.

Special feature: Bishu Osafune Norimitsu was called Sukeuemon.
He was active from the end of Ouei to the Bunmei era.
Especially, the Jigane is nice. He made Suguha and also Midare Hamon.

From Aoi Art: This blade has Suguha Hamon with Ko Ashi.
There are beautiful Utsuri. The blade is in good condition after nearly 550 years. It is proof that has been carefully preserved until now.
