This sword belongs to Jyo Jyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki :Gold foiled double habaki.
Blade length :57.9 cm or 22.79 inches.
Sori : 2.0 cm or 0.78 inches.
Mekugi : 2
Width at the hamachi : 3.25cm or 1.27 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.0 cm or 0.78 inches.
Kasane : 0.7cm or 0.27 inches.
The weight of the sword is 690 grams.
Era : Edo period around Genroku era.
Shape : Wide and thick Wakizashi with large Sori, longer Kissaki.
Jigane : Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach.
The Jigane is beautiful Osaka Jigane.
Shinogi-Ji: Ko Itame hada and Masame Hada mixed.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Suguha and then Doranba, Ogunome Midare with thick Nioikuchi. Boshi is Nie Deki, round shape. In the Ha, Kinsuji and Ashi.

Special feature: Awataguchi Ouminokami Tadatsuna 2nd was famed
for Horimono(engraving). Considering the Hamon style,
this sword would be one of Ikkanshi Tadatsuna Doranba hamon.
He made Doranba hamon and Myoji midare hamon with sunagas

Saya : Black Roiro Saya with line pattern.
Tsuba : Round shape iron Tsuba, Samurai is engraved with open¥work and gold color. The rim is covered with silver.
Menuki : Shakudo, whip is engraved with gold color.
Fuchikashira: Shakudo Ishime-Ji, persons are engraved with gold color.
Kojiri: silver.
