This sword belongs to Jyo Jyo Saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki : silver single habaki.
Blade length : 53.8 cm or 21.18 inches.
Sori :1.3cm or 0.51 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi: 3.03cm or 1.19 inches.
Width at the Kissaki: 2.4 cm or 0.94 inches.
Kasane : 0.6cm or 0.23 inches.
The weight of the sword: 580grams.
Era : Edpo period Meireki era.
Shape: Regular width and thickness Wakizashi, longer Kissaki.
There are engraving of Sanskrit characters on both side of the blade.
Jigane : Itame Hada and Mokume Hada mixed with Jinie attach.
Hamon: Nie Deki, rounded shape Gunome Midare with slightly thick Nioikuchi.
In the Ha, there are Sunagashi and Kinsuji. The Ha is bright.
Boshi is round shape with thick Nioikuchi.

Special feature: Oushu Ju Iesada was a student of Kunikane the first. This is the reason why Hamon has Masame.

From Aoi Art: Oushu Ju Iesada was active in Meireki(1655).
He was a student of Kunikane the first.
It is regrettable that it is not a Masame. But the Gunome Midare bright Hamon is wonderful.
