The blade is polished.
Habaki: Shakudo and silver double Habaki
Blade length:33.5cm or 13.18inches.
Sori:0.7cm or 0.27inches.

Width at the hamachi:3.25cm or 1.27inches.
Kasane:0.35cm or 0.13inches.
The weight of the sword:260grams
Era: The late Muromachi period
Shape: The blade is broad and thin with Sori at the tip.
Jigane: Itamehada with Mokume. Grained well.
Hamon: Niedeki Gunomemidare. There are some repair of Hamon.

Special feature: Kaneari is a swordsmith from Mino province. He prospered in the late Muromachi period. Kaneari is thought to be a grandson of Yoshisada, and a son of Kanenobu. He used Mei of Zaemongoro in the Eijun era, while he used Muroya-uemongoro in the Tensho era. It is a nice work but there are some repair of Hamon.(Tsukuroi)

Menuki: Shishi-dog is engraved on copper plate.
Kozuka: Iron plate. Bamboo is engraved.
