Special feature: Nanki Shigekuni is originally from Yamato. He was also known as Kurosaburo. He made swords in Suruga province with hisa father Kanekuni. A certain theory says that he and Kanekuni are identical. Kami is the highest rank of Shitokan/Kokushi. It has a gold inlay of Kami Sakae. This blade is supposed to be preserved very carefully.

Kozuka: Shakudo-Nanako plate. Kiri family crest is engraved with gold color.

From Aoi Art: Characteristics of Naki Shigekuni are: Mekugi holes in Nakago are larger, the end of Nakago is almost flat. Hamon is similar to Yamatoden, Suguha-deki or Toranba-ish Hamon. Especially his Toranba works are popular among Nihonto lovers, but we have less Toranba works. His works are always elaborate.
