Hamon : Niedeki, shallow Gunomemidare with deep Nioikuchi. Ashi works well. Sunagashi and Kinsuji come in Hachu.

Special feature: Kawachi Kami Kunisuke was born in Ise and his surname was Kobayashi. He was originally a servant of Nagato Kami, but after Nagato family ruined, he moved to Kyoto to become a swordsmith. He became a pupil of Horikawa Kunihiro there. He made many swords which resemble early Kunisada works. He passed away on the 30th of May in Shoho 4. He succeeded to Kawachi Kami before Kanei 3. It is said that he was taught by Echigo Kami Kunitomo, who was also a pupil of Kunihiro.

From Aoi Art: This work has approx. 3cm Machiokuri, but Jigane is dense and elaborate with mild Gunomemidare. Sunagashi and Kinsuji work well in Hachu.
