Era: The late Edo period
Shape: The blade is rather small size and thick Tanto.
Jigane: Koitame hada well grained and Masanagare with jinie attach.
Hamon: Nie deki wide suguha hamon.

Special feature: On the nakago, the signature is mentioned as Okimasa. We do not guarantee the signature. The Hamon is fat Suguha and round shape kissaki.

Saya: Toppei style saya, brown red color saya.
Tsuba: Copper hamidasi tsuba.
Menuki: On the syakudo plate, a shishi dog is engraved with gold color.
Kojiri: Kurikata: On the copper plate, isimeji style.
Kogatan: On the copper plate, waves and a dragon are engraved with gold color.

From Aoi Art : The signature is engraved as Okimasa quite well but we don’t accept as a genuine signature. but the blade itself nice Jigane and hamon. The blade is in a good condition and also nice Koshirae.
