From Aoi Art: This work is very powerful with weight. Boshi has a part of Hakikake with deep Nioikuchi. Koitamehada is made very fine and elaborately with broadness. They are all characteristics of Nakajima Rai school. They were originally pupils of Rai Kunitoshi and kept their surname “Rai”. They moved from Kyoto to Nakajima in Settsu, that is why we call them Nakajima Rai.
