Koshirae: Kaigun, The former Japanese Navy style Gunto Koshirae
From Aoi-Art: Matsubayashi Masashige is an excellent craftsman who won some awards, and this sword is also good. The shape is powerful, and the works in the blade is very good. The signature style is Tachi mei. The Koshiraie is as wonderful as katana. I guess the owner was relatively high rank such as a field officer. Most navy soldiers passed away in warships so navy style katana and koshirae are rare. We hope you to love this work as a treasure. The result of this work is excellent, and it is considered that the skill of Tsukushi Nagasaki Matsubayashi Masashige was considerable.
