Hamon : Niedeki Sudareba. Especially extreme on the upper part, becomes calmer to the bottom. Sunagashi, Kinsuji, Niju-ba, and Sanju-ba…surprisingly lots of functions are visible in Hachu.

Special feature: The second son of Kyo-Tamba the 1st, who was originally called Mishina Kinemon, succeeded to Tamba Kami around the Shoho era, and became 70 years old in Kanbun 7. This swordsmith doesn’t engrave Kikumon. They fought for the 2nd generation of Kyo-Tamba, and he lost and succeeded to the Osaka-Tamba. Kyo-Tamba was approved to use Chrysanthemum crest, but Osaka-Tamba wasn’t approved, and they developed their own way. But they are said to contacted each other, and they shared their own skill, Sudareba, as a secret of their family.

From Aoi Art: Tsuruta thinks that Osaka-Tamba’s works are generally better-made thank Kyo-Tamba’s works. This work is really solid and the tip has strong functions, apparently it looks like Kyo-Tamba the 1st generation, and it goes down and gradually becomes calmer. It doesn’t show Sudareba much, but still looks very extreme: really surprising. We truly recommend this one for you.
