Era: Modern times
Shape: The blade is broad and thick with an adequate Sori and longer Kissaki. Engraving of plum blossoms and bamboo on the front. Dragon and Dokko on the back.
Jigane: Koitamehada is grained well with Jinie. Beautiful Jigane.
Hamon: Niedeki Gunomemidare with deep Nioikuchi. Boshi gets Midare, Niedeki and becomes like flames.

Special Feature: Minamoto Sadahiro, whose real name was Kita Hiroshi, was a pupil of Gassan Sadakazu. Gassan Sadakatsu, the 1st son of Sadakazu, was his fellow pupil. In Showa 44, he was awarded for Mainichi Shimbunsha Award, and after that he got plenty of awards and he was accredited as an important intangible cultural property in Nara prefecture. In this work, Shigetaka’s engraving is mesmerizing.
